What Your Status Means

  1. Not Yet ShippedWe’re getting your order ready. This takes 1–2 business days.
  2. Label CreatedIt’s packed and waiting for the carrier’s first scan, usually within 24–48 hours. Our tracking page shows this as Pre Transit or Order Fulfilled.
  3. In TransitIt’s with the carrier. Tracking doesn’t update at every stop, so a quiet day is normal.
  4. DeliveredThe carrier marked it delivered. Not seeing it? Check your porch and mailroom, and ask your neighbors.
